I have $51,322 of debt left. I really believe I can pay it all off by April 2009 if I keep working hard and shoveling all of the income above our bare minimum expenses at it.

I was watching Dave Ramsey on television a few nights ago and he said to pay off our debt like our lives depended on it.

That really struck me. I plan to do that exact thing. This is my main focus. I stopped almost all of my outsourcing for the time being and am doing pretty much everything myself.

Once I am debt free I will be able to relax a bit more with my business and outsource a bit more. Thank goodness I will be getting that economic stimulus check this month, which 100% of it is going straight to the debt.

I have been doing more freelance work such as making videos for people to make some extra cash to throw at it as well. So you should be seeing my debt numbers dropping dramatically over the coming months and I am so happy you have joined me on my journey.

We have all probably been tempted at one point or another to start putting our business expenses on credit card. It can be so convenient to get those articles ghost written or get another website set up without waiting until payday.

With all the different credit cards for fair credit out there and available on Request Credit with fantastic promotions and introductory low rates it would seem quite silly not to participate.

The only problem with putting your next website project on your Visa Card is something that most people overlook and that is risk.

What if your project doesn’t pan out as well as you had hoped and suddenly you got a large credit card bill with no money to pay it off?

Suddenly you find yourself in debt. If you do choose to use a credit card for your business endeavors make sure you have the money in your checking account to pay it off before you even charge it.

Be aware that even though you may say, “Oh I will pay it off by the end of the month.” Things can happen that will derail those plans.

Plus, people spend more when they use a credit card compared to cash because it doesn’t hurt as much to spend the money.

Keep all these things in mind and be wise in your finances. You don’t want to end up $72,900 in debt like I did. Please post your thoughts about charging business expenses.

I decided to list most of them on eBay. I have about 19 listed so far, if they sell I will be listing about 100 more.

I am already past the half way mark and now have less than 12 months left to pay over $50k worth of debt. Unless I sell off most of my assets I don’t see how I will be able to make it.

Let me tell you a bit about credit cards and how they can lead to trouble. First of all, they make it way too easy to buy things we don’t need. That 0% introductory rate may be appealing, but remember that will shortly shoot up to 17% 18% or even as high as 32% or higher interest rate before too long. Oh and if you are ever late on a payment, say bye-bye to your 0% offer.

Now, looking from an internet marketers point of view. I think that this person did a great job on her credit card website. She is using great keywords such as Secured Cards and Best 0% Credit Cards.

The site is visually appealing and she goes further into the credit card niche and narrows it down to being a site geared towards women. Although I congratulate her on choosing an extremely profitable niche and making a great site, I do not support the products sold.

I have been working this month on moving all my eBay links from Commission Junction to the new eBay Partner Network. It has been very long and tedious, but I have been able to go through each site and optimize it and “spring clean” it a bit.

I am adding ClickBank Pro Ads to all my sites so I can easily promote Clickbank products without hand picking and writing the advertisements myself.  I have already gotten several clickbank sales by using the ads and think it will help me boost my clickbank income considerably.

Yes, I am still keeping adsense as well, but this will lower my dependence on it. Plus, clickbank commissions are considerably higher.

I am working on stream lining my business and finding ways to optimize my websites and promotion strategies.

As far as the other aspects of my life, I am spring cleaning my diet and eliminating processed foods. Going on a diet of fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds and homemade whole grains. As you may have heard, I have been having some health problems and this is how I plan to get healthy.

I am coming out with my second, and last membership site this month - Homeschool Cash. I want to devote my time to my members so this and Raise A Leader are my only two. I do not want dozens of membership sites all over the place because that would make me lose focus.

I am not doing as many niche websites as I used to. Maybe 3-5 a month. The rest of the time I plan to focus on my two membership sites and creating awesome information products.
