My Latest Project

As you may know, I have a passion for health. Yes, I do love my internet marketing as well, but health is where my true passion is held. I have been studying on becoming a CBT Certified Biofeedback Technician and as of today I am now offering DISTANCE biofeedback sessions. So no matter where you are in the world I can work on you! I have my own blog set up about it here – Energy Healing Sessions.

I have found that biofeedback has helped my mental clarity, my concentration and my creativity. It has also helped me to let go of emotional baggage and fears that have held me back from following my dreams. Some of you may think that biofeedback and energy work is hokey and that is alright. It is an established medical practice in Europe and the machine I use is a registered and proven medical device.

Anyway,  not trying to convince you to go and get a session, even though i’d love if you did. Rather, I want to keep all my readers updated on all my projects and how becoming debt free has allowed me to relax some and focus on what I WANT to do instead of what I HAVE to do.

It doesn’t matter if you want to be a writer, a painter or a dancer or even a full time soccer mom. Getting your financial life in order and your debt eliminated gives you the breathing room to do what you love.

Yes it is hard now… you are stressed about debt, I know what that’s like. You aren’t able to do everything you want to do and you probably lack very much free time. This is where putting off what you want to do now and getting down to business really pays off. Delayed gratification is something I had to learn the hard way, but once you learn it you find you will be much happier.

There is nothing more satisfying than anticipating and working towards a goal. You should always have one, no matter if it is financial, physical, spiritual or emotional. I find it works best not to put my goals into physical objects (like buying something), but rather in being something (like debt free).

Cool Amy! One typo though. You said as of now I am NOT offering… (assuming you meant NOW) ;)

Glad you can have the time to pursue what you want in life :)
