Hubpages, Infobarrel and Xomba Income Oct 2009

I am still using Hubpages, Infobarrel and Xomba for both backlinks and traffic to my niche blogs. The great thing about it is that it earns me income on top of the traffic I happen to get. Are you ready to see my results?

hubpages

As you know… I got started with HubPages on July 6, 2009 so October was my 4th month creating hubs. Giving you a little background information this is how I developed my account there…

Month 1 July 2009 – 40 total hubs – $8.31 earnings
Month 2 August 2009 – 76 total hubs (36 new ones added) – $27.28 earnings
Month 3 September 2009 – 163 total hubs (87 new ones added) – $43.38 earnings

THIS MONTH Month 4 October 2009 – 239 total hubs (76 new ones added) -
October Hubpages earnings -
Amazon – $3.49 + EPN – $15.08 + Adsense – $85.84 = $104.41 October Income

infobarrel

I got started with Infobarrel a little bit later. I published my first barrel on September 8th 2009, so October was my 2nd full month there.

1st Month September 2009 – 99 total infobarrels – September Earnings $31.66

THIS MONTH 2nd Month October 2009 – 188 total infobarrels (89 new ones added).
October 2009 Infobarrel earnings from Adsense = $67.89

xomba

I started with Xomba even later… didn’t publish my first xomblurb until September 19, 2009 so October was my 2nd month there.

1st Month September 2009 – 34 xomblurbs and 1 xombyte – Earnings $6.14
2nd Month THIS MONTH Ocotber 2009 – 105 xomblurbs and 1 xombyte (Added 71 new xomblurbs)
October 2009 Xomba earnings – $33.59 from Adsense income

What is really cool about Xomba is that xomblurbs only need to be 50 words and you can directly advertise your blog or blog posts. Heck, you can even advertise and link to your affiliate links!

So from all my article marketing efforts I directly earned$205.89 and that is not counting the indirect income that I received from any traffic that made its way over to my niche blogs.

Do you outsource your xomblurbs or because they are only 50 words do you write them yourselves? If you do outsource them, do you just give them the link to the post and say write a 50 word description or something else?

Wow! that’s a lot of writing. How do you do it with all those kids to take care of and all those blogs to keep up? Just having all those blogs and article sites to keep up makes my head spin….

It is good to see you are doing so well with Infobarrel.

I hope you keep up the solid work and get yourself up to the $1000+ mark a month soon!

    Cheers

That’s a lot of writing. Glad to see you are doing good. There is also another article site that I found to be helpful. They to let you link to your blog or affiliate programs as long as it pertains to the subject you are writing about. I did a blog post about it here: http://moretrafficmoremoney.weebly.com/1/post/2009/10/write-articles-and-get-paid-with-bukisa.html

Thanks for the update. I have never heard of Xomba. Will have to check it out. When do you find time to write all these articles? Do you outsource any of it?

Great blog. It has inspired me to do more online then just my Ebay stuff. I just signed up for Info Barrel and Xomba over the weekend and I’m having a blast.

Wow, I’d only heard of hubpages! I’ll check out the others. I love how you provide your stats – how many articles and how much you made month by month. Your blog is a real inspiration for me. I’m not sure if I can turn out as much content as you though – how do you do it?

Those are great numbers in terms of earning residual income. As it stands now, I’m looking further into how I can utilize these types of revenue sharing websites for not only high PR backlinks but also some residual income as well. :)
