Let Me Build Your Niche Sites For You - Round 1

Want to get into internet marketing and bring in a passive income but just don’t have the time or know-how to get your own niche sites up and running?

I make most of my income passively off my niche websites. I love it because once I put them out there, they make me money constantly without me having to do any more work. It is truly passive income.

Since I have very little time left to pay off my debt I am running an unbelievable offer for you today.

I will research, create and promote your niche websites for you.

Here is what I am offering:

1. You tell me what niche you like. I will find a great domain in the niche (I will even buy the domain for you) and will do all the keyword research.

2. I will create a website with 10 unique content articles and set it up to get great rankings in the search engines.

3. I will place your advertisements on the site to help you make the most revenue.

4. I will advertise your site during its first month using article marketing and social bookmarking.

5. I will transfer the site to your hosting for you.

All of it is completely hands-off for you. You will own the website and the domain. All the content is yours.

How much am I charging? Just $147 a website.

I can only do 10 websites this round. When I am done with the 10 I will be able to open up round 2.

If you want any of the ten spots, you can order here: SOLD OUT

I will be getting them done as quickly as I can, however it is first come first serve so if you are the first to order, I will be doing your site first.

Wow that does seem really cheap! I’ve set up a few of my own niche sites and know how much time it takes.

How about an update on your April & May online earnings?

  2. admin on June 17th, 2008

I am doing it for $147 for the first round only. I anticipate a higher price for round two. It takes a lot of hours to put together a niche website.

I use Bluehost, are you able to transfer them to bluehost? I would like some help, but still debating.

  4. admin on June 17th, 2008

Yep, I can upload it to pretty much any hosting. :)

    Hi Amy,

How much does an average niche website bring in each month in income? I’m still a little new to the niche website concept but am trying to learn and it is SUCH a steep learning curve! I’ve been hanging out in the WF site and learning a ton but I work full time so it has been really time consuming.

    Angie,
Each of mine make approx $3 - $5 per day.

  7. Matt on June 18th, 2008

Hi I just came across your web page an I am very interested but have very little experince in this area. I was wondering if someone did buy it now would you kind of walk them through what your doing. I am a begginer and would really like to learn thanks for your time

Hi, I’m kind of a cynic, especially when it comes to the internet (if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is…). I’m really excited about your offer, but I can’t help but wonder what benefit you get from this. If you get approx. $3 per day for a website that you set up, the payback on $147 is 49 days, less than two months! I guess I just want to understand what you gain from selling them instead of just working on them and keeping them for yourself.

  9. admin on June 19th, 2008

    Zack,
I agree with you. If I were thinking about my long term income i’d be doing nothing but building them for myself (which is what I have been doing for the past year).

However, it does take 8 - 12 weeks for a site to start earning a decent amount because it can take that long for it to get decent search engine rankings.

I am in need of some instant cash and that is why I am offering this right now.

Amy, I am interested. I am ready to purchase. Can I email you the information I want after I purchase?

  11. admin on June 19th, 2008

Yes you certainly can. :) Amy

that is a great offer amy, anyone that doesn’t use this as a learning tool is really missing out.

  13. Matt on June 20th, 2008

Hi amy just wondering when someone buys this do you go through the steps of how your building it or do you get the info from the person in just build it I am very interested thanks for your time Matt

Hi amy, I’m new to internet marketing and I do have great intress in learning about it. I have two question? (1) First, the question Matt was about asking. (2) Second, Once you set everything up is their something I will have to do to maintain a passive income also you stated: that it will take 8-12 weeks for a decent earning (In your opinion what is a decent earning). I enjoy your site, Thanks you’re a true blessing.

  15. admin on June 22nd, 2008

This does not include me walking you through the steps. I will build it and then give you instructions on how to market it.

No, there is nothing you have to do to keep it earning money. I have sites I built a year ago and haven’t touched since that are still making me money.

The decent earnings is at least $2 a day per site in my opinion. Hope that helps.

  16. Jade on June 23rd, 2008

    Hi Amy!

Long term reader but do have a number of questions.

If you earn $2 a day per site, shouldn’t your monthly adsense income be higher than what it is? I’m not sure whether to start building Niche sites of my own - or whether its worth getting them premade.

I do know you had a number of domains and sites you sold off, but I’m just curious.

I also have another question about niche sites in general.

If the purpose is just to make money from one of readers, wouldn’t a site like blogspot suffice? I know the site isn’t as pretty but that can be fixed with a little bit of html customization.

Thank you for your blog though - its a great source of inspiration.

  17. admin on June 23rd, 2008

    Jade,

I do not use adsense as my only income source. So $2 a day can come from a variety of sources: clickbank, adsense, commission junction, kontera, chitika, ebay partner network, etc…

Yes you could put sites on blogspot, but there are risks in that. I have seen people get 100+ blogs deleted over night for no reason. Having your own hosting is the most secure.

  18. Anna on June 25th, 2008

I think I want one of the slots, but I have a few questions.
    1. So you are building this site and we have to do nothing? (except pay you)
    2. You said you would transfer it to our hosting, I am not at all tech savy, so how exactly do you do this?
    3. When you say we will choose what niche we want, does that mean the subject of the site?

  19. admin on June 26th, 2008

    Anna,
Yes you don’t have to do anything except load it into your hosting account.

If you want me to transfer it to your hosting for you, all I would need is your FTP information. Your hosting provider will be able to give you that.

Yep choose the subject of the niche you want and I’ll do the rest. For example, you could say you wanted a site about cats and i’d do that.

Hi Amy, I have a few questions about this great deal, what is your email?
    -Jennifer

  21. admin on June 27th, 2008

    Jennifer,
    You can email me at vegangoddess22 ( at ) gmail.com :)

  22. Moltodenaro on July 8th, 2008

Hi Amy, the offer sounds nice but I rather learn how to build my own niche sites than have someone make it from me.

“Feed a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”

  23. Monetize Your Blog For Free on July 9th, 2008

I agree with you Molto, but I had Amy make me a site and it was a turnkey site. I learned alot from the site. It was a stepping stone for my web site building empire.

  24. Debt Free Hispanic on July 14th, 2008

I buy space through Bluehost because I also host blogs. Amy promotes Hostgator as well. So buy space, then add the sites to your space. Its really easier than you think.
