I Am Selling 135 HOT Niche Domain Names

I am trying to take a huge chunk out of my debt balance this month so I listed 135 really awesome niche domains. You can check out the full list here -

They are going to go quickly because many of them are for very hot niches. :)

Whoa! I can’t believe you are selling all these. Isn’t a huge part of your adsense profit?

  2. admin on April 17th, 2008

Nope, none of these domains are developed. They have nothing to do with my adsense. ;)

Hi! Do you have an article anywhere telling how you are doing all of this. I am trying to get out of the 9-5 rat race and start a career in photography, so while I am starting slow, to have some suplimental income would be great. What are the affiliate programs? Can I put those on my blog at blogspot? Just curious how and where you are finding all these wonderful opportunities. Also, how much time are you spending a day on the computer, if you don’t mind me asking.
    Thanks,
    Heather

If you want to get a jump start you may want to consider www.HomeSchoolCash.com it is a program I started and will teach you how to make $3,000 a month within 6 months if you put it to use.

I’m not in the market, but wanted to say congrats on your progress. I hope the domain sales is a hit!

    Amy,

Just curious as to why you didn’t list these sites at Sitepoint to sale? That would seem a much better place to sell your sites. But, like I said, I’m just curious is all.

    Thanks!

    Chris,
I thought about that after the fact. I am going to list them there after the WSO is over. ;)

    Hi Amy,

Saw your domains over on the WSO, you’ll have better luck over at digitalpoint or sitepoint.

Just curious about the 6 figures in 6 month course you and others signed up for. Is anyone close to the goal?

    Good luck with the domains.

    Jen
The 6 figures in 6 months did not go very well. No one made 6 figures.

  10. Jen on April 23rd, 2008

Sorry about the 6 figure course:( Hopefully you all got some good education out of it, anyway. I wonder if many are asking for refunds from it?

Anyway, good luck with the domains…I’ll check them out again too, there are some good ones.

Hey. That’s unfortunate about the 6 figures. Did anyone come close at all? I hope he honors the guarantee he had. Everyone should get a full refund unless they personally decide the information they learned was valued close to the price (few hundred dollars I believe, right?).

  12. admin on April 24th, 2008

I agree with you Sebastian. If you make a guarantee, it should be honored.

  13. Jenn on April 25th, 2008

I was in that challenge as well…it did not go well at all. There are a lot of people asking for refunds. Really shoddy, people had duplicate blueprints when they were to be original and things like that.

Amy worked the hardest and was probably the most successful out of everyone :)

    Thanks Jen. :)

    Amy,

    Did you get a refund?

Are you saying that JD didn’t honor his guarantee?

I would really like to know. People on the WF should know about this if that’s the case.

  16. admin on April 26th, 2008

    Chris,
JD ignored my refund request. Brian gave me the refund, but I got banned from the challenge forum and JD said I will never be allowed to be his customer again.

So if you consider the guarantee of “If you are not making six figures by the end of the six months I will not only give you your money back but I will continue to work with you until you meet your income goal” is FALSE.

He will not do that. He will be pissed at you and will completely blackball you from ever working with him again.

    Amy,

I’m glad that you have came out and said something about this.

Your blog post about this challenge is in my RSS reader, but I don’t see it on your site.

Have you mentioned this on the WF? In the Reviews section? I hope that you do. This needs to be made known, in my opinion.

I hope that you sell of your domains, which I’m assuming buying them was all a part of the “challenge”…

  18. admin on April 26th, 2008

I believe JD is more hype than actual follow-through. I am concerned because his latest WSO he is charging $997 to teach people how to make $250 a day. I can tell you that NO one from the Six Figures in Six Months challenge is making ANYTHING close to six figures. In fact, very few are even close to $1,000 a month with most making no more than a couple hundred a month at best.

  19. Chris @ ComicHacks.com on April 26th, 2008

    Amy,

That stinks. It really puts you in a bad position if you do say anything and, unfortunately, JD has a lot of fans at the WF.

Sorry, but to me it seems that JD only makes money from the WF. I haven’t seen any real proof that he makes it anywhere else.

It’s like it’s all theory with no proof. Like he takes everyone else’s ideas and gets paid to hype them up. I’ve bought and seen a lot of his stuff and it’s really basic stuff over and over again.

And now he has Brian McElroy there as his ring leader, making the both of them even more popular and I just don’t see why.

Though I am glad that Brian refunded your money.

Well, I made a post to an old thread about the challenge to bump it up to see what was going to be said. I’m glad others responded with the truth. Then the thread got locked….surprise, surprise.

JD and Brian have to pay the affiliates for that Mafio… Marketing(whatever)and if they are getting refund requests for their other “programs” as well, I see a lot of high-priced WSO’s from them will be coming in the future. I think Brian has 4 or 5 WSO’s right now, if the info is good, that’s fine. I don’t know “his stuff” and not interested in buying. But JD just keeps rehashing the same info over and over, in different packages. There’s only so much you can say about it….it gets old.

Sorry Amy….I can’t believe you got banned from their challenge forum! But I’m glad the truth is coming out about all of this.

    Jen,

Can you post a link to the thread? I’d love to see what was said.
