January Progress Update

Wanted to pop in and say that I have built 8 niche websites so far this month. That puts me at the ballpark of around 90 - 100 websites total.

I am also getting the content completed for my first niche membership site (which I am incredibly excited about).

I started a mentoring program for 35 lucky readers to participate in with me. Basically, I will be able to help them with any of their projects, questions, anything. There are only 17 spots left. You can read more about it here - Mentoring.

I am totally focused on getting my debt paid off THIS year. In order to do it I will need to throw $5,148 at it every month for the next 12 months. Or at least, build up to a point in my income where I can throw even larger chunks at it later this year to compensate for my lack of ability during the early part of this year.

So this month has had several different projects in it. It keeps things interesting. ;)

    You are doing awesome! I never get tired of seeing how well you are doing. This looks to be a really really good month. Very, very happy for you. The mentoring thingy is a brilliant idea. I can not afford it right now, but I am hopeing it will be still be available in the future!
