Yep, same for me hope. I put the code in and nothing happened. It only worked for Kontera.

I placed Amazon’s context code on one of my websites and nothing ever showed up. So I went back with Kontera. Kinda bummed me because I wanted to give Amazon context links a try.

Amy,
I was just curious as to how you use your links. Do you replace words with links to products randomnly, similar to Kontera, or do you only add a link to amazon when you refer to a specific product. For example, if you happen to use the word money in a sentence would you just link that to a book about money or would you only link to that book if you talk about it in the sentence? Maybe both? I hope you understand what I mean. It’s hard to explain it in a few words.
I’m glad you mentioned this because I was wondering it myself.

Thanks Vered, but I am really enjoying Amazon. I figure, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Even if you were able to help the CTR on Kontera, I still make an average of 10 cents per click while Amazon averages me more than that per click because most people who click end up buying something.

Monetizer, Kontera is PPC and Amazon is a link to a product. However, I have earned much more from the Amazon links.

Amy, is the Amazon context link just like Kontera, in that it is a PPC? I was under the impression it was just a link to a product and required someone to buy before you made money.

Thanks for the feedback on Amazon’s program. I’ve got that up and running on my website. I’m also using Auction Ads, too. I’ll let you know how that is going as soon as my website is published, it is still a work in progress.

I do have a question, per your recommendation I’m trying Clickbank but I can’t figure out how that works. It just seems to show a “click Here” wherever I put it and you can’t tell what it is. Do I need to introduce the product in text and then add a link or is there a way to make it with images like Amazon’s program adn Auction Ads?

I need to look at Adsense also as I haven’t tried that one yet. I also don’t want to make it too cluttered with ads so I might wait until I get more content.
