Ironic Page Rank

I thought it was pretty funny that my main blog www.MyDebtFreeGoal.com got a page rank of 1 while my CashCrate review got a page rank of 2.

How could a single blog post get a higher page rank than the rest of my blog? Pretty funny.

What is page rank? It is just a little number between 1-10 that google gives to websites. I don’t really see much significance in it, but it is ironic just the same.

I also noticed that my other reviews for Fairy Tale Treasures and Gangster Greed also got a PR 2. Along with my September earnings, August earnings and other earnings pages.

Other than that, I am concentrating on building a new blog and doing some article marketing today.

I don’t understand this whole pagerank thing Amy. I have gotten quit a few links backs to my Kid Within blog in the past month or so and my pagerank didn’t even change.

I am not really sure what does it. I had one of my niche websites get a PR 3 and it does not get nearly as much traffic as my blog, so go figure?

Here’s a little blurb on Wiki about what pagerank is.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PageRank

The amount of links to your website count, along with the quality of the sites that are linking to you count. Buying/selling links is a huge no no and many sites have gotten hit because of that.

Both of my sites have a PR 3.

What does it mean for me? *shrugs shoulders* I don’t know. Maybe an increase in the amount that advertisers would be willing to pay to advertise on my site? That would be nice. I need to investigate it further, just exactly what the ramifications will be. I’ll let you know what I find out.
