I have seen similar descriptions on various blogs and websites. Were you the very first one to write these reviews? How do I know you did not take their information from their blog? From other blogs I have seen, they have been doing this for longer than you have. How do you know someone has stolen the information,or has written something similar but did not even read your blog? The same things you have written in your blog, I have seen on the cash crate forums with people asking not to “steal” their information.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation has generic cease and desist letters you can use to send to people using your content. I also have low-cost, wish it was no cost, method that would allow you access to an attorney. A letter from a law firm carries a bit more wait than one you send yourself. You can get my email address on my Blogger profile and find it on the net with a little work.

Somethings about CashCrate can only be said, one way.

It would be great if people would say, it can take up to 2 weeks for offers to confirm. Then there wouldn't be so many people asking.

But that don't excuse some for taking your work, word for word though.

I know it’s not much consolation, but if someone thinks your content is worth stealing, it says something positive about your own writing.

This does not in any way excuse content theft, and I’m sorry other people are taking credit for your work. That’s pretty low.

Thanks for taking responsibility for your actions. A lot of adults haven't figured that one out, yet.

And a reminder to all: if you didn't write it, you don't have the rights to reproduce it in any way. Unless the author has been dead for at least 75 years, and there are occasional exceptions even to that.

And Amy, I'm glad you're being proactive about keeping the rights to your work. Keep it up!

Ok this is what I will allow and what I will not. The Main CashCrate & Fairy Tale Treasures review body is NOT to be copied and used.

However I will allow people to use from the point is says: “A few tips to make the most out of Cash Crate” and below IF you credit me as the author of that section and include a link to my website.

You don’t need to link to my cashcrate review, just to my main page http://www.mydebtfreegoal.com

For example you can say. This section is written by Amy Bass of My Debt Free Goal and make “My Debt Free Goal” link to my blog. I would be perfectly fine with that.

I don’t have any advice, but I know how you feel. We have had that happen a lot on eBay! My husband and I were selling some local music cd’s & someone stole my total html & then on top off it, upped the shipping charges. The thing that got me was I made a mistake in the html & forgot to add the /h1 so my description was huge, lol. He totally stole the entire thing & Ebay wouldn’t do a thing. I have had other things stolen as well, but that one got me the worst. Good luck in solving your problem.
